Kitchen Design Bristol

Looking for a kitchen designer in Bristol who’ll come to you, listen properly, and help create a space that actually works for your home? That’s exactly what I do, without the showroom sales pitch.

Bristol is a city of brilliantly varied homes, and no two kitchens I design here are the same. I’ve worked on Victorian terraces in Redland and Bishopston with narrow galley kitchens that need clever reconfiguring, dockside conversions in Harbourside with high ceilings and exposed brick to work around, Georgian townhouses in Clifton with awkward chimney breasts and cornicing to respect, and new-build flats and family homes in Bedminster, Southville and beyond where the challenge is making the most of an open-plan layout. Whatever your home, I design around what’s actually there, not a generic template.

I offer a personal kitchen design service that happens in your home, no showroom, no sales targets, no pressure. Just honest advice, practical solutions, and made-to-order kitchens designed around your space and how you actually live.

A kitchen that works for your Bristol home.

Seeing your home firsthand helps me align the new kitchen design with the existing architecture, lighting, and decor. Whether that’s a period terrace, a converted warehouse, or a contemporary new-build.

I work closely with you to understand your vision, preferences, and functional requirements. Whether you’re dreaming of a sleek, modern kitchen for a Harbourside apartment or a warm, traditional space for a Redland terrace, I’m here to bring your vision to life while keeping it practical and within budget.

I create detailed 3D renders of your proposed kitchen, so you can see exactly how it will look before anything is ordered, helping you make confident decisions about layout, materials, and finishes.

What clients say

“Vicky was a dream to work with from start to finish. She created a beautiful design for our large kitchen project, explained the whole process, and introduced us to a fantastic team of builders, plumbers, electricians, etc — who were all fantastic as well, though there was no pressure to work with any of them if we didn’t want to. We are absolutely thrilled with the outcome and couldn’t have imagined a better kitchen/diner.”

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have a showroom in Bristol? I use my manufacter’s showroom in Bristol for private use. For everything else, I come to you. Every consultation happens in your own home, where I can see your space, your light, and how you actually live. I bring samples and finishes with me, so you can see and feel them in context rather than under showroom lighting.

How much does a new kitchen cost in Bristol? It depends on size, specification, and whether any structural work is involved, but most kitchen renovations in the Bristol area fall into the £10,000–£25,000 mid-range bracket, with bespoke and higher-end projects running from £25,000 up. I’ll always give you an honest, itemised picture once I understand your space and your wishlist – no vague figures, no pressure.

How long does a kitchen design and installation take? From the first design appointment to a finished kitchen, most projects take around 3–6 months in total — roughly 2–6 weeks for design and planning, 6–14 weeks for manufacture and delivery, and 1–3 weeks for installation. I’ll talk you through realistic timings for your specific project at the first appointment.

Which parts of Bristol do you cover? I work across Bristol and the surrounding area, including Clifton, Redland, Bishopston, Bedminster, Southville, Harbourside, Henleaze and the wider city, as well as Bath and Bradford-on-Avon. Not sure if I cover your road? Just get in touch — if I can help, I will.

Do you handle the full installation, or just the design? Both. I design your kitchen, supply the cabinetry, worktops and appliances, and coordinate a trusted network of local fitters and tradespeople through to completion. You deal with one person throughout, not a different face at every stage.
