Vicky was a dream to work with from start to finish. She created a beautiful design for our large kitchen project, explained the whole process, and introduced us to a fantastic team of builders, plumbers, electricians, etc (who were all fantastic as well), though there was no pressure to work with any of them if we didn’t want to.
Vicky was very responsive to emails and always on hand to offer advice about appliances or answer any questions we had. She made the process so seamless and stress-free, which is no mean feat when you’re having a big renovation done, especially when things go wrong (which they always do)! We are absolutely thrilled with the outcome and couldn’t have imagined a better kitchen/diner.
