Step 1: Enquiry
It all starts with a quick enquiry. You can book a convenient time through my website for me to visit you at home, or, if you’d prefer, we can arrange a short phone call first. This is your chance to tell me a little about your project, and for me to explain how I can help as your local independant kitchen designer in Bath and Bristol.
Step 2: Initial Home Visit
I’ll come to your home to chat through your requirements, from style and colour preferences to appliances, layouts and storage needs. I’ll also take detailed measurements of the space. During this visit, we’ll set a date for me to return and present your first design.
Step 3: Design Presentation
At our second meeting I’ll share your proposed kitchen design in 3D, along with a clear quotation. To help you visualise, I’ll bring samples of doors, worktops and handles so you can see the quality and finish up close.
Step 4: Refining the Details
This is where we fine-tune the design together. Whether that means exploring different colour combinations, swapping a worktop material, or looking at alternative layouts, I’ll guide you through the choices so your design feels just right.
Step 5: Showroom Visit
If you’d like to see kitchens in person, I can invite you to my manufacturer’s showroom in Bristol. With full kitchen displays, it’s a brilliant way to experience the quality and explore the different ranges available. This gives you the confidence of knowing exactly what to expect from your new kitchen.
Step 6: Supply or Full Renovation
Every home and budget is different, so I offer three flexible options:
- Supply only – I provide the made-to-order kitchen for you or your fitter to install.
- Supply + installation – My trusted fitters handle the installation for you.
- Full renovation – A complete service including building work, electrics, plumbing, plastering and flooring with my network of local trades.
This flexibility means you get the level of support you need, whether you’re looking for a simple supply service or a fully managed renovation.
Step 7: Next Steps
Once you’re happy with the design and ready to go ahead, a deposit secures your installation date. From there, I manage the process to make sure everything runs smoothly and keep you updated every step of the way.
