And honestly? This one feels extra special because it’s based on real client reviews, not judges or panels, just the people I’ve worked with in their homes over the last year.
What is Best of Houzz?
Houzz is one of the biggest home renovation and design platforms in the UK, where homeowners can browse ideas, find professionals and read genuine reviews.
Each year they recognise a small percentage of businesses with a Best of Houzz award, and the Customer Service category is based on:
- Client reviews
- Star ratings
- Overall experience
- Consistency across projects
So it’s not about marketing or sales…
It’s about how clients actually feel once the job is done.
Which is exactly how I want my business to be judged.
Why this matters to me (and to you)
